"We stayed in the Courtyard property. Looked like it had been hurried up to get it ready - after a long winters nap. The only good thing I can say about the room were the beds - they slept well. Otherwise, there was no attention to detail and many places appeared to not have been dusted or cleaned well. For this property, don't believe the pictures. It is quite a small room with no room for luggage. An outdoor patio had chairs we would not sit in due to the filth of winter. Never the Courtyard...

"I am very disappointed in the breakfast. We had the most expensive room for two nights only to wake up to rock hard biscuits and scones. My thought is they just leave them in the warmer overnight or even for days. Awful breakfast. No eggs. No meats. Very nice suite and staff was friendly. People stomped around above us waking us up. Had a staff member knock on our door with the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool was dirty and salty. We expected more for the premium price."

"Friendly staff and easy quick check in and out. To me, the beach was not close enough to walk to - especially if you are taking chairs and bags of stuff. The strip of stores and restaurants is not close enough to walk to either. The restaurant on the property was OK. I can see it being fun in the summer with lots of picnic tables and adult games to pass the time. Room and bath were clean. Nice shower. Beds were comfy. Hotel is right on the main road, but I didn't hear alot of car...
