"David was super nice and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apt due to them being full which he gave tu us, as a family, which was just so nice. The bus ride is very easy into San Sebastian and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. I fully recommend. "

"Acceptable hotel, quite old fashioned but a great location close to town and a shopping centre with supermarket. They let us leave our bags on check out day and also had a Pilgrim stamp. Small bar but we never used it, staff all very friendly."

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

"Good location close to main route north. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, lovely views over the sea and free parking but an awkward down hill walk for elderly people to get down to the beautiful seaside village where parking is impossible."

"Campanile Hendaye is a convenient hotel for a one night stop. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was functional and had coffee making facilities which was a bonus the only real let down was that the plug in the bathroom was broken and it wasn’t possible to have a bath."

"The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so. "

"Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English "

"The hotel is in a great position for the beach and exploring the town. The car park is a limited number of spaces in a public underground car park you need to book your space and it has no direct access to the hotel and also be aware the charge is 22 euro per day "
