It would be better if the music volume were lowered, and classical music were played instead of pop music. No one in hotel speaks English, so how they have managed to be registered on Hotels.com??? they were unable to understand that booking has been paid already via Hotels.com. And they will receive payment only after certain period of time. So our family week end failed : we have travelled 300 KM and stay on the street"
