"The hotel was nice needed a little refurbishment. The staff made up for it been attentive and helpful. Was worth the money, security was good around the building. One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. "

Let alone the fact that I chose an option of a breakfast and paid extra yet the hotel does not provide breakfast"

" I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. When I called to request a booking for the jacuzzi, I was told its booked out and I had to call at 7 in the morning. I was not...

"The location was central, but the room itself was not what we had hoped. The air conditioning did not work, so we needed to keep the window open to cool down. The noise from the street kept us up all night. Not one of the outlets worked, so we could not charge anything. Thankful we did not spend more time in the room."
