"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Outstanding service. Immersive setting. Beautiful garden. Away from the main street so only the sound of birds. Nicest people. Great food. Highly recommended for a way to relax just before or after the desert."
