"Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but...
"A pleasant hotel in Plovdiv. A solid 3*. We were given a suite on the first floor. The room was very large, with a good bed. Clean sheets and towels. A good shower. Pleasant staff. Our car was parked in a small lot in front of the hotel. The hotel is not new, but in good condition. We had mobile internet, so we didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi."
"10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!"
"Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel next to a leafy park. Good location for exploring the city.
Room was small but well organized. Shower was good but no way not to get the whole bathroom wet.
Included Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. We got good recommendations for dinner."
"The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult.
The TV did not work.
The next day, the manager, was delightful.
The location was excellent."
"Séjour correct , manque un peu d'humanité au départ, pas de service aisé mais néanmoins le reste du séjour fut plus que convenable. Hotel bien placé pour visiter Plovdiv"
"The accommodation was excellent. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. My booking included access to the fitness center and spa, which offered a great place to relax and unwind.
The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, with good natural light and reliable air conditioning for any weather. There’s also a recreation area where you can enjoy a small gathering, celebrate, or simply spend a rainy afternoon playing pool or...
"Great location. Could be a bit cleaner, we found lots of hair on the floor but overall great experience. Website says parking is available but it really is not unless reserved ahead. Best to find other parking options "
"This place is Awesome!!!
It is a small boutique hotel located right on the edge of Old Town. The owner, Dimitar, was there to greet us upon our arrival. He took the time to explain all of the points of interest in the area and even gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat. He even suggested a great hotel to stay at on our next stop, which was Veliko Tarnovo.
His place is like a museum and he treats everyone like family. He even joined us for breakfast. You won't be disappointed with this...
