"Great hotel in quiet part of town but just a few minutes walk from metro station. We had a room for three people, it was a disabled room so plenty big enough. Could have had more light in the room as even with all lights on and curtains open in morning it was a little dark - like all hotel rooms! Great blackout curtains for nighttime though. "

"Easy to find just off motorway, parking underground ok, room basic but clean. The breakfast was Excellent ( good choice ). Only vending machines for food and soft drinks. The location (on industrial estate ) normal but a five minute walk to catch a train in to Madrid central ( Sol station ) a must for site seeing and food etc. Trains every 1/2 hour in both directions."

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Regente. there was a place to pull off outside the front of the hotel to leave the car during check-in and unloading which was very helpful. The staff was kind and very patient. We could not have asked for a better location: it was right on a main shopping street, offering plenty of shopping and restaurant options, and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop was almost directly across the street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, though the breakfast...

"I am a solo female traveler. The Chic&Dot was easy, safe, and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks English, and makes everything so smooth. The location is perfect to explore Madrid. You can walk everywhere. "

"Nearby restaurant and bars and other small shops. A park nearby as well. Canal metro is close enough. Walking back to the hotel at night seemed safe. We were at the fifth floor and one could still hear street noise from the bars nearby and truck traffic in the morning. Apart from that, solid hotel, functional, working air conditioner and clean."

"This room was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious and very cute. However, my only complaint would be the minimal natural light coming from two small windows and the shower. The shower is very tiny and has the spout directly above, which makes avoiding getting your hair wet (for girls) super difficult. I actually hit my head really hard on the shower door when I dropped a soap bottle plus the water spills out causing a puddle in the room....

"The property was very nice, nrwlt decorated, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, i probably would not choose to stay there again because of the lack of onsite staff. The app was generally effective but if something goes wrong (like breaking your phone) then you no longer have access to any communication with the hotel. Also, there is no air conditioning and if you open the windows it is too loud to sleep."
