"Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10"

"The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work."

"Very well located. Good rooms, parking very important for us. All clean."

"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"

"Clean and comfortable... Staff was nice and helpful... I would stay here again..."

"We appreciated the easy check in process and how close the hotel is to downtown Brasov. It was cozy and the room had everything we needed for a two night stay."

"Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't...

"Big Room - Very Nice Breakfast - Relaxed Atmosphere - Easy Parking"

"The property was clean and the host was very helpful when we had to move rooms due to a pipe leak. The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are thin and it is in a very loud location."

"Had a very nice stay at the apartment. It's a nice little place and the location of it is pretty good and everything in the old town is easy to visit by a small walk. Totally recommended! Bed could be a little harder"

"This hotel was a true gem ....the staff was the best I have encountered, the room super clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious....a great low cost hotel in Brasov."

"Very nice place to stay, very convenient and a short walk to the historic sites Very friendly staff and great breakfast Good, secure, parking available for an additional costs"

"I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. Once arriving everything was already in my room and the room was perfect! Had an amazing balcony viewing the church. The bed was super comfy and had a medieval feel to it....

"Everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff. It all made for a great experience in Brasov. Thanks!"

"I have a really nice stay in Casa Cranta. Location is great, staff was very helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and clean. I even had a little breakfast before heading to downtown ! I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Brasov !"
