"子供の空手の大会が宮崎県都城市であったので、近くのお手頃な宿泊先をネットで探し、初めて利用させていただきました。地元の老舗ホテルで、結婚式場でした！！！家族4人、広いお部屋にして下さり、責任者の方が、お部屋のお風呂は狭いからと、女湯を家族風呂にして下さり、とても温かいお気遣いを沢山いただきました！！！さらにスゴイのが食事です！これが朝食なのかと思うほどの料亭の豪華すぎる食事！！！家族みんな、大満足で次に都城市に来る時は、是非また利用させて下さい。次回は夕食もお願いします！今回1泊ではありましたが、こんなに心が満足出来たのは、責任者様はじめ、スタッフの皆様の素晴らしいお気遣いがあってのことです！！！本当にありがとうございました！また次もよろしくお願いいたします！！！"

"また泊まりたい宿です。清潔さ→お部屋など申し分なかったのですが1箇所、大浴場のお手洗いが行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。トイレタンク上の手洗いの黒ずみです。対応→少しだけ冷たい態度の方がいらっしゃいましたが、夕食の際の女性スタッフの方は、最高でした！翌朝、男性の露天風呂のお湯が抜けていたそうです。女性は大丈夫だったです。お湯が良かっただけに残念がっていました。食事はどれもとても美味しかったです。特に朝食の釜で炊き上げられたご飯はそれだけでもまた再訪したいと思えるくらい絶品でした。色々言ってしまいましたが、再訪したい気持ちに変わりありません！ありがとうございました。"

"2018년 1월1일 이용했으며, 저녁 6시쯤 도착했는데 다소 쌀쌀한 날씨였다. 가고시마에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 그런지 가고시마 보다는 조금 추위가 느껴졌다. 일반 호텔과는 좀 다르게 프론트도 3층에 있고 건물의 가운데가 비어있는 좀 특이한 구조의 호텔이다. 객실들은 복도형 아파트 같이 현관문을 열면 개방되어 있는 형태로 되어 있었다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있는 점은 좋았다. 일본의 비즈미스 호텔보다 욕조도 생각보다 커서 좋았다. 아침식사도 괜찮았다. "

"I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination."
