"The property is clean and spacious. Lobby is cozy. Located 10 min easy walk from small Aveiro city center and 2 min walk from train station. This is basically it.
Extremely basic. Even for 1 night. There were no conditioner in the bathroom and no water. We had to buy water in the lobby."
"Excellent location, close to all amenities but nice and quiet. Very good breakfast included (bean2cup coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, nice selection of fruit and pastries, pancakes, plus eggs and bacon). Charming and helpful staff. Small but comfortable hotel. Would recommend."
"Ma fille et moi avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel. Il est idéal pour les familles et très propre. Son emplacement est parfait, entre la plage et la rue principale bordée de maisons à rayures, avec des boutiques et des cafés à proximité. Le seul petit inconvénient était la faible connexion Wi-Fi, mais nous étions venues pour nous reposer, pas pour rester sur internet. Nous avons adoré notre chambre avec balcon donnant sur les maisons des pêcheurs. Il n’y avait aucune odeur de cigarette et la chambre...
"Même si le personnel a été très agréable et disponible, l’établissement est vraiment « particulier ». Vieux motel des années 80 dans son jus…. La piscine apparaissant sur les photos n’est pas opérationnelle. Mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement."
"We stayed in the Vintage Family Room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The lake view was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The room itself was large, although the property feels a little dated and could benefit from some updates, especially replacing the carpets in the hallways and rooms.
Unfortunately, because of the rainy weather, we weren’t able to use the outdoor pool. The indoor pool required swimming caps, which we didn’t have with us, and the reception...
"Truly casa da Mariquinhas!! A great stay, walking distance from the train/bus station and super close to the shops and tourist stuff. Drunk people outside were super loud late into the night/early morning but once the window was closed I could barely hear them. Clean and comfortable, had a nice view of a concert in the field across the street, Portugal is fantastic :)"
