"This hotel was not my first choice. It was the only place with accommodation during the period of my visit. Expedia and the hotel web site state check-in is at or after 4:30PM. When we arrived, there was no staff on site. We had to call and wait for people to arrive to check us in. The only time there was "front desk" staff was when someone telephoned for them. "Struttura comoda da raggiungere, accanto alla statale. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, anche se le condizioni generali della stanza sono di medio livello. Ad esempio il telaio della finestra in bagno era sverniciato, il phon era un po' rotto nella parte bassa e tenuto saldo con del nastro isolante. Personale molto cordiale e accogliente. "Wonderful hotel in the small town of Atripalda. Extremely clean and within walking distance to explore the ancient ruins but also the Piazza and landmarks. The staff was very friendly and made recommendations for shops, etc. to make our stay even better. Would most certainly stay at Hotel Civita again!"
