"Hotel was nice! Only thing was our beds were super small. We had reserved two separate beds but realized they were not queens when we got in the room. Not sure if that was a lack of specification on our part. Never had to check the size for two beds before, it’s usually 2 queens, so was a little surprised. Other than that the room and view were nice. "

"Bay Landing front desk staff was warm, inviting and helpful. I enjoyed the Bayview from my extra large studio size room. Perfect one night over stay if you're between flights at SFO. Even enjoyed a fabulous dinner down the road at Max's restaurant...jazz music to boot. Unfortunately the neighborhood was declined. With a beautiful walkable path to stretch legs between ones travel it's unfortunate the local surroundings of the neighborhood have declined. It's safe and clean and fine for one...

"Very clean and quiet. The night staff member was extremely helpful to me, the person that checked me on the other hand let me wait while she helped herself to some food and drink but was polite and let me know she would be there shortly to help me."

"The front desk woman was very friendly and very helpful scheduling a taxi to the airport in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative which was not terrible but had a faint odor of smoke from the past. It was a non smoking room so it was probably from long before and did not ruin my stay at all. "

"Very cute hotel, it is a bit small but I was fine with that. Worst part was the really bad Dish Network TV that paused so much it was unwatchable (but we weren't there to watch TV so no big deal) "
