"The hotel was relatively affordable, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. There was no heater, making the rooms uncomfortably cold, and both the pool and hot tub were out of service. "Pésimo lugar, envié mensaje antes de llegar porque mi bus me dejaba a las 8 de la noche en copacabana. Estuve más de 1hs esperando en la puerta, de noche, con lluvia y mucho frío. Nunca me contestaron, no me devolvieron el dinero. Nunca había pasado una situación semejante. NO RECOMENDADO"

"Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff."

"Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. "

"Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. "
