"Business friendly"

"The property was very neat and the rooms were clean. There was alot lorikeetes in the palm tree which were noisy but this was only at sunset when they were ready to roost and early sunrise when they fly away for the day...Throughout the night and during the day all was quiet. I had to add an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and phoned after hours for this request. John was very kind obliging."

"Rooms were dirty. Looks like they haven't been vacuumed and dusted for ages. Vanities and bathrooms were dirty. Stains on my pillow case. Bathroom towels looked terrible. Window blinds not working so could not get natural light in room. Would never recommend"

"Good this time not so good overtimes"

"Too noisy…too old..needs to be refurbished . Fridge noisy had turn it off at PowerPoint. No exhaust fan in bathroom, just open window with the fly screen torn and open. A very..very tired motel for the price . I could have got the same room for $260 at the Holiday Inn.Sat Night. Aberdeen $220 for a very below average room."
