"Breakfast was delicious, not enough veggies or vegan options (fresh fruit is abundant) but they do make fresh omelettes on the spot for omnivores and vegetarians. My tastes are specific but that is not a knock on them. They have great service staff, the spa services are very reasonable, there are a lot food options right on the street. "

"Room was okay. Staff tried to be helpful but all their recommendations were bad or wrong. Would not stay here again "

"The lodgings were serviceable and it’s clear the photos were taken quite awhile ago. The room was basic. The bathroom had some signs of worn grout and mold. And as travelers new to Vietnam, we learned the hard way that “paper towels” means “toilet paper”. But the price was adequate for what it was. I don’t think we will stay here again, even if the location was convenient for exploring the Old Quarter and eating at Michelin-rated affordable restaurants like Pho Nguyet just up the street."
