"Convenient location, only about 8–10 minutes from Mohegan Sun. The photos make the hotel look more impressive than it is in person, but it served its purpose. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very basic, and some areas like the walls and countertops could use better cleaning and updating. Overall, the property feels a bit dated, but not terrible. The staff, however, was fantastic and provided great service throughout our stay."

"The hotel is beautiful. There was someone playing a grand piano when we checked in. Our room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a view to distant hills. Bottled water was free and readily available. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the staff delightful. The whole experience was peaceful."

"We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor."

"Clean rooms and bed"

"My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible."

"The hotel seemed to be under construction so the pool and gym were closed. Cable worked for about an hour during our stay. The front desk sent maintenance supervisor but ,he couldn't fix the problem. We also informed him that the shower bar almost fell on my husbands foot. Very disappointed with my stay!"

"staff at the front desk were excellent although we were assigned a room where the air conditioning did not work but they sent a mechanic to the room right away. When it was found the system would not work, they arranged to move us to another room but it had to be after we got back from a wedding at 11pm."

"I was there with my family. From the staff to the room, the kitchen and breakfast was amazing. My kids even want to come back any time we visit Connecticut. Thank you for your service."
