"No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ...
