"Ankom efter kl 22. Brugte forud mere end 1 time på at forsøge at få information omkring værelsesnummer, kode til dør og hvordan man kunne få sin nøgle. Havde bestilt et værelse til 2 personer, men der var kun en dyne, en hovedpude og et sæt håndklæder. Sengene var alt for bløde, og madrassen var sunket sammen på midten efter rigtig mange overnatninger."
