"Upon arrival the hotel parking garage was full acc to the front desk. I wish I would have known I needed to reserve a spot ahead. Second, my husband left me with all of the luggage to go to our room. No one offered to help me with luggage. I struggled to the 3rd floor where I was told my room was. Only to find stairs to go up to my room. The struggle carrying the luggage was almost comical. Then, I get into a dirty room. Bed unmade, dirty, dirty towels inside the toilet, towels draped on...
"Really nice hotel on the outskirts of the old city, but easy walk into the central piazza, and right next to the bus and train station for really easy travel options.
Rooms are a fair size and nice and modern and funky and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful."

"Difficult to write this review. We chose a room in an annexed building, but didn’t know it would be an apartment building several minutes walk from the hotel. Therefore we had no real use of amenities offered such as breakfast, etc.
Our room was up several flights of stairs in a very old building. Initially we didn’t feel very safe; just very isolated.

"Overall our stay was good. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The bed was uncomfortable though; you could feel the springs in the mattress. Bathroom had a decent sized shower.
Breakfast was okay. Your typical continental options and some egg options.
Front desk staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations.
Hotel is outside of the tourist area so be prepared to walk a good distance or take a taxi. Nothing to do around the hotel area and not too many restaurant options...
