"Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well."

"A small, comfortable hotel on the north end of Bad Harzburg. Everything you may need is right there and readily available. Great personal service by hotel team. Lastly, the property is only a stone throw from the Kurgarten and the casino. I will be happy to go back when I return to Bad Harzburg."

"I enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. Single rooms in many hotels are often cramped afterthoughts, but I was pleased with mine at this one. It had a window wall with balcony looking at a nice view, a comfortable sitting area with a full size couch and a comfortable bed. The room was excellent value. " The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows.
