"This was our first My Place, and we would stay there again. Clean, quiet and comfortable, quick and easy to airport. Much construction right outside and it's a little tricky to get to, but it was fine for us. We were only there from about 4pm on a Friday until 5 am on Saturday."

"Crystal Inn & Suites was a really nice place, breakfast was best we've had in a hotel that waa included with the room. Only issue at all was we could hear the people in the room above us walking around like from 4:30 or 5 in the morning. Not the hotels fault entirely though"

"I didn’t know the hotel was under renovation. I had booked here when my prior booking advised that they were under renovation. It would have been nice to have been alerted prior to arrival, especially given the rate we paid. No body lotion provided. Construction team should start work after the breakfast time so customers can relax during their meal. "

"We stayed here for a short getaway. We have liked this line of hotels lately. The rooms are nice and large and we love the breakfast being so convenient with good food. This place had a little more wear and tear than others we have been at. It was still nice and for the most part was clean and kept up, but not to the standard a Hilton brand usually is. There was a tile in our bathroom floor that had come loose and rocked when you stepped on or near it . There were several places I had to clean...
