"Location was perfect for our stay in Lisboa. Had to ask for towels on second day as room wasn’t done. Came next day knocking on the door at 930 am which was a bit early. Room was made up for our 3rd night. "

"Wonderful staff! The hotel is in a great location. Enjoyed the breakfast. When we needed to leave early for a tour, they prepared us a box meal. "

"There are a lot of clubs nearby so it was hard to sleep a few evenings. The rooms are cute, but some inconveniences were annoying- like not having a TV in the room (not terrible, but is helpful with kids) and there aren't any refrigerators in the rooms. Hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but the staff in the cabana area were young and quite unfriendly. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost annoyed when we would order from them."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but very clean and bright and just enough space. Comfortable beds. Clean enough to practice yoga on the floor. Plenty of safe parking nearby and easy access by taxi or car service to many neighborhoods. "

"I stayed here with my daughter. The bathroom is odd as it’s in the room divided by a glass wall with little privacy. The room size is small. The shower was defective. Other than that it’s a clean place to stay. The customer service is very good. "

"Great location, clean, good breakfasts, and friendly staff! Hotel can get a bit noisy at night from being in a busy location. But, if you are ok with some nightlife noise, this is a great hotel and very convenient with the metro stop only a few feet away. Enjoyed our stay."

"This property is at a great location. Right on the ocean front with plenty of shopping and dining in the area. The hotel itself was OK. The room wasn't anything special. No amenities, just soap. No minibar. The mattress is very hard. The breakfast was OK. Nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful. It was great having a room that faced the ocean but there's a lot of noise on the beach and on the street at night."
