"Lovely but the elevator is scary/ my son would take 5 flights of steps instead."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable but overall my stay was very odd, which is why I'm giving a lower number of stars than I might normally give a Marriott hotel. First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system....

"I always love staying here. It is in a great area, close to shops and restaurants. Walkable to anywhere in Eugene. It is a true old school B&B. Full sit down breakfast included."
