"Apart from being clean, having a balcony, a shuttle to the cruise terminal for a small fee and breakfast included, this property deserves 10+ out of 10 for an amazing staff. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality."

"Great place friendly staff"

"We stayed here the night before a cruise! I didn’t want the stress of getting to the cruise port from Rome that morning. It’s surprising how more affordable it is compared to Rome! Many places nearby to purchase lunch/dinner and have a beverage along the water. We had some of the nicest waiters/waitresses. We loved the little city and how more low key it was! The cruise bus stops is right down the street maybe 75 yards. (FYI we were told that a taxi was $15pp but a taxi stopped and said he would...

"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the view from our room was nice."

"Jammer dat er geen airco is, of horren om de grote plaag van muggen tegen te gaan. Werden of wakker met letterlijk 6 muggen-bulten de man. Of als we ramen dicht hielden, helemaal bezweet wakker. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad. Eten was netjes, personeel heel behulpzaam. Kregen zelfs een ontbijt-doggybag mee omdat we het ontbijt zouden missen."

"Great view from the balcony. The property is old. Bed and linens need to be replaced. Only street parking available and it was crowded."

"Staff were very accommodating both in the hotel and restaurant - top marks for them. Food was great. Having underground parking AND a full kitchen in your room are both huge perks when travelling!! Property is conveniently located right near a bus stop in case you wish to go to Lago di Bracciano (about a 10 minute ride) I doubt there is a better hotel in the town!"

"alloggio centrale, ottimo per un soggiorno breve"

"Clean room Marchelo is the best"

"For cruise travellers, it's an ideal location. We only had to walk a very short distance to get to the shuttle bus for the cruise terminal. The hotel is very simple but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly."

"Hotel comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Vicinissimo ai principali monumenti del centro storico. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentilissimo e ambiente pulito."
