"Breakfast ok but out of hot food when we arrived, slow to refill then pounced on by other guests waiting then another long wait for more. Room fine but needing better cleaning as black mould on shower tiles and on wall behind curtain next to window in our room is obvious, otherwise a good value hotel in a must visit town."

"After issues with getting access codes that only seemed to be resolved with calling Germany directly, we checked in at the time they wanted despite being granted an early check in! After that all was good, clean efficient 2 rooms and living room, kitchen with all that was required. Espresso machine!! Laundry a bonus! But not the most efficient dryer. Drying takes a minimum of 2.5 hours. Parking annoying as not on site or close (residents only) so very 4 hr by the meter. Close walk to everything so all in all a good simple choice."

"Clean and tidy cosy little flat. We had the flat 001, which as is own entrance at number 54, separate from the 52. The outside swimming pool looked lovely, unfortunately wasn't hot enough to enjoy it. Everything in the flat was perfect, even a washing/ drying machine. Which with little ones is a plus.. The only downside would be the noise of the guests of the other rooms. And the cars and people outside. You can ear them very well, like they are next to you... But that wasn't a reason to reduce my review. Check in / out was fast and easy. It's a great location, walking distance to everywhere around Evora. "
