Did not greet me with a welcome and remained sour faced the whole time I was booking in. When our fob didn't work to open the door and I returned to reception to sort out no apologies and remained sour faced. In future I will read carefully what facilities they put in the room. "1.Was assigned room next to another room that was being refurbished. Noisy. Should have never happened. Staff should be aware.
2. You ask to re use towels. We did but towels were changed.
3. Next day they forgot to clean room and we had no clean towels.

"The York apartment we stayed in was superb. All facilities were wonderful including many tv channels for any downtime you may have. There is also a washing machine easy to operate with detergent provided and a dryer also. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location is terrific, only a 5 minute walk to the towns Main Street with numerous restaurants in. We had a view of the bay from our lounge window. There are no negatives about this property at all. We loved out 3 day stay...

Nice that there's electric blankets on the beds.
The gas oven was not something we are used to. A little scary to turn on.

"I have been to many beautiful towns in Qld, NSW, Vic, SA and currently on the road trip in WA. Middleton beach was supposed to be a transition stop only, but it became best part of the WA trip so far. It's so calm, peaceful and first time made me feel like I want to live in regional area permanently. I am sure this property contributes 80% of this wonderful experiences.
