"Staff was friendly and helpful but lack the communication ability. We booked the property, to be paid, and when we went for check out, it was already charged to my credit card.they did not even ask or mention when we checked in"

"Beautiful hotel with lovely and welcoming staff. Restaurant has delicious food with a comprehensive menu. A very big hotel with lots of space for children to play."

"This hotel was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, very clean, staff and service are amazing , Very friendly and catered with care to the three seniors traveling with me. Restaurant on site equally excellent. Geat service, delicious food and amazing staff. Definitely a first class five star facility."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Avadh Classio in Ayodhya. The rooms were neat, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, including Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, and being connected to Mall of Avadh provides great shopping, dining, and entertainment options for families. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming."

"Excellent stay at the newly built property. Staff very helpful and very neat and tidy. They serve lunch and dinner at very reasonable price. Only downfall no fridge in the rooms. But overall excellent."

"Terrible from start to finish. We were provided a different address to start with. My understanding was that this hotel is in the heart of town and nearby my destination. AC did not work properly. Shower did not drain properly. They were incompetent with helping with taxi to my destination. Whole city is full of petty thieves. I feel sorry for them."

"Great customer service, very good food and really nice hotel."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was very slow. There is no dining area in the hotel and cleanliness can be improved greatly. Location was great for Ram mandir."

"At good location, near to hanuman gadhi. Clean and family friendly property"

"Poop Smell - very bad sewage smell that made all of us sick. We had to check out in the middle of the night and go to a different hotel. The staff were very rude and uncaring and kept blaming it on us that we turned the vent fan on and it caused the smell. It’s clearly their bad sewage problem. Please don’t book this hotel especially if you are coming for Ayodhya visit from out of India. It will make you sick. I request hotels.com to please remove this hotel from your list. It is very unhygienic...
