"The room was too small for a couple. I wouldn’t stay there unless I’m on a business trip by myself."

"Incredibly easy check-in/check-out process, very clean room with nice lighting and good size bed, small seated table to boot! Very close to Nagano Station. Highly recommended!"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location (incredibly close to the station) and its staff (friendly and very helpful). It is a very tired looking hotel so really needs an upgrade. Same format room as every other Dormy Inn one I have stayed in."

"Close to Nagano Station. Staff were helpful, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate."

"Very good staff and clean rooms"

"Clean room, helpful staff and amenities were good"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this family run ryokan. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent and had a very warm, home cooked meal vibe. Access to town was good and easy and skiing conditions were top notch!"
