"Website said elevator, our room was a up a flight of stairs (thankfully only one). Staff were extremely helpful for check in/we were able to leave our bags there upon arrival and departure. Rooms were redone but still old, pillows uncomfortable, and no iron in the room. Overall it was clean and cozy for two travellers so I would recommend it.
