Located about 5 minutes cycling from the center, varied options for breakfast but a long queue for getting coffee (slow machine and only one for a crowded breakfast lounge). Took 10 minutes waiting time to finally manage to get a cup of coffee. Room very well air conditioned, bed was well dayed and worn. Shower was good but very stingy on shower gel. Thin paper walls you can hear your neighbors talking, and...

"Schönes kleines Hotel mit einem sehr gutem Frühstück. Das Personal war mega freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Zu Fuß oder mit einem der vielen Fahrrädern der Unterkunft, alles binnen ein paar wenigen Minuten super erreichbar. (Supermarkt, Strand, Calisthenics Park etc.) Klimaanlagen waren richtig gut. In der warmen Jahreszeit, ein Lebensretter in Lignano! :) Hatte ein Einzelzimmer und war rundum zufrieden, auch wenn es ein wenig eng war."
"We were looking for a location at which we could combine some exploration of historic sights with some relaxing time at the beach. Grado is probably unknown to most Americans, but I highly recommend the town. The Eliani is an ideal location, and they even provide parking. Staff was VERY helpful."
