"The parking lot for the hotel was a nightmare to find. Google directs to a small side parking lot for deliveries. When you need to navigate through the round about and exit off of a side street. Recommend looking at google imaging instead of following google directions. Had a two room suite that was lovely traveling with a child (8years old). Staff were amazing - Mattias treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived, with discreetly attentive service. He apologised for the fact the bar only served snacks yet rustled up some fantastic pizzas and flammkuchen for us."

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key. My room has eaves and felt super tight at the shower, so you may tell tem you need room with high ceiling if you are tall. "
