"Hotel in lovely quiet park well away from the main road, peaceful escape. Walking distance to the centre of the spa town, lots of parking and a decent higher end restaurant on site. Looked like a lot of walking / outdoor options around and 15 mins drive to Książ castle. "

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Zvláštní hotel. Klíče si vyzvednete v pizzerii, jelikož nemají recepci. Servis tedy žádný, člověk musí být po příjezdu investigativní, aby se dostal vůbec na svůj pokoj (nepřišlo žádné info mailem atd). Klíče od vchodových dveří domu pasují i do zámku k pokoji, což nás nemile překvapilo. Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný, jen sprcha moc neteče a věšák na ručníky ze zdi mi zůstal v ruce. Záchod trochu zrezlý. Výhodou nulového servisu bylo, že nás nikdo neobtěžoval dotazy (ani nás v poslední den...

"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). "Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!"
