"Enjoyed the convenience of the location, room looks great, only problem is at night the room is lit up as the curtains do not cover the end on the window and nothing I tried worked to block out the light"

"Room was clean as always and staff were friendly. Missing milk and sugar in the room for coffee and the little hotel ‘regular’ things like biscuits or enough coffee pods was absent. Didn’t make a huge difference but was noticed"

"We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."

"This motel is lovely the staff are amazing and the place is easy to navigate and great location and absolutely amazing facilities but they do need to upgrade a few of the rooms so just let the staff know if you get one of the rooms that need slight modifications and they dont have a lift but have a chair lift though near the main entrance"
