"When we arrived our reservation was already taken and we didn't have a place to stay, so staff offered apartments next to the property and breakfast instead. We paid and reserved and didn't know what to do, because we got the reservation number and they couldn't find it. It was unprofessional of them but we agreed to take the apartment which they offered because we couldn't find any at the moment."
"After reading all the reviews before our trip, I was honestly prepared for the worst, but our experience turned out to be completely different. Overall, everything was absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. Other than that, the staff were amazing, from the team at reception to everyone working in the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful

"Great location with parking which is a rare feature in a beach area.
Host was available and helpful, the rooms were as described, modern and clean as
This would be my family’s go to location on future visits to the area."
"Everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything was well organized.
My entire experience was 5⭐️. After this summer, I’ve decided that I’ll come back to this hotel every summer. The amazing staff, outstanding cleanliness, and wonderful atmosphere made it an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it!"
"Just to let everybody know, even though it says parking included if you travel with car, there is no parking included in this property. No parking you have to look and find a parking for quite some time on this city. There is only one spot that could be for free, but is really really really busy and it’s very hard to find a parking that is really convenient to exit the port that you’re gonna go to the hotel or if you want to travel to a different destinations around the city or country so just...
"Deniz manzaralı oda tercih ettim temizdi. Karadağın tüm güney hattını gezmek istediğim için ilk gün buradan başladım. Arnavutluğa en yakın bölge. 7 gün 7 otel solo travel takıldım. Check out saati 10 olması sinir bozucu diğer tüm otellerimde 11di.
