Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. "Struttura antica e decisamente da rinnovare. Nel complesso la stanza era pulita e funzionale, ma è necessario prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, ad esempio l’anta della doccia era rotta e da sostituire. Al check-in ho trovato un signore molto gentile ma che necessiterebbe di ulteriore formazione, sono arrivata alle 20 e mi è stato detto che non poteva farmi il check-in e avrei dovuto aspettare il sostituto alle 22. Per fortuna dopo qualche minuto abbiamo fatto effettivamente il check-in. Comoda la posizione vicino alla stazione, ma nel complesso non risoggiornerei."

"Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
