"So, we booked this hotel because of the location near Isola Bella. Hotel is not updated, does not have parking, although there is paid parking lot adjacent but not connected to property and only open 8:30am to 7:00pm. Cars/motorcycles noise all day/night, and very limited parking to even get your luggage on and off, your car or taxi, and no walkway to walk to funicular/beach: you have to walk in the street with cars/motorcycles speeding by your side. "Lovely hotel in a fantastic location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our Room had a rustic vibe which was full of charm and character.
Breakfast was good- perfect to set you up for a day of sightseeing.
Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️"
"The staff is very helpful
The location is amazing
The balconies overlook a private courtyard
The communications are very clear on how to access the property"
"Beautiful balcony with garden view and we could also see Castelmola! Configuration of the room wasn't the greatest. There was no space to put our second luggage but we made it work. Shower had neon florescent lighting which was different. Also, didn't really care for the shower curtain, for an upscale hotel would think there would be a glass shower door. Loved the location, walk down the stairs and you arrive at the Duomo!"
"We loved the Hotel Victoria and would definitely stay there again. The staff was so kind and helpful. It is located in the heart of downtown Palermo, but our room was very quiet. The hotel was beautiful, the room was extremely clean, and breakfast was delicious. Missing it already!"
"Charmant petit hôtel à 10 minutes à pied du centre, belle chambre assez grande, salle de bain superbe complètement neuf, personnel souriant et disponible, je recommande fortement."
"The caretaker was wonderful and so friendly. When our arrival was highly disrupted by Etna spewing ash causing our flight to be diverted to Trapani causing us to arrive at 6am instead of 10pm, he was very welcoming and reassuring throughout the process. The rooms as comfortable and could be made quite dark, cool and quiet to enable us to sleep even if it was from 6am-12pm or going to bed closer to dinner time (8pm) than night time. The location is also unbeatable for walking access to lots of...
