"The Venezuelan receptionist Susete was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel has charm and character throughout, guests made to feel really welcome, pick fruit from the garden, help themselves to drinks (and pay for them on the honesty sheet), and the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. We were very disappointed that we were only staying for 2 nights in this very highly recommended hotel. Huge choice for breakfast too - magical!"

"We were happy to have found this spot with an amazing view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was just what we needed and had gf options. Staff was friendly at the front desk.
My only suggestion would be that the hot tub actually be hot. It was luke warm at best. The sauna was great but was never on in the morning. You could still do a little cold plunge and restore your muscles after a day adventuring. A fridge in the room would also be nice.
But, overall for the price and...

"Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅"

-aucune présence effective d'un responsable pour créer le contact, donner des informations de base, conseiller sur le plan touristique ;
-absence totale de communication efficace ;
-chambres propres et assez confortables mais...

"Great staff, beautiful grounds in a really great area. You can walk down to the water where there are many restaurants for dinner. It’s near the main highway (which is quiet) so you can get around the island quickly. Only thing we kind of wish the rooms had was a mini fridge for snacks, but rooms aren’t huge so understandable. The breakfast is very fresh and such a nice touch."

"Overall, we had a great stay! The hotel was lovely and offered excellent amenities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The location was also great, and we really enjoyed how peaceful and uncrowded the hotel felt during what appeared to be the off-season. At times, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a little dated, and the walls seemed quite thin. We could hear conversations from the room next door so clearly...

"The property is located in a wonderful area. The views were beautiful. What I didn’t like about this property is that it was dirty. The towels were dirty the bathroom was dirty the kitchen was dirty the floors were filthy. This property is also located above a bar that had people hanging out until four am. They were screaming and yelling. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful stay."
