"A hidden gem 2 miles/3km outside Potes for a calm and quiet stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was an added bonus for relaxing in the afternoon after hiking. Views outside were spectacular. We were there mid-September. Perfect if you need a good night’s sleep and appreciate beautiful surroundings."

"All good as others have mentioned. Things to add, A dish towel and some shelves for clothes would be great. The laundry was a big perk - clean the lint trap in the dryer or your clothes will take forever to dry. The stove will lock your usage if you don’t pay attention - put larger pots and pans on the back burner."

"This is a genuine treasure. Set back a little behind the main road, it is a haven of peace and charm. There is a wonderful seating area both inside and out, Tea and coffee are available throughout the day should you need it. The rooms have beautiful views of the mountains, the place is beautifully decorated and designed. It is well placed for visits to the surrounding area which is stunning. Our advice would be to try both restaurants on the main road for the evening meal as they offer different types of food and one may suit you better than the other. Thank you for a lovely few days."

"The hotel is good value. It provides a. decent sized room a reliable hour or so from Santander port. The rooms are a little dated but have everything you need and are good value. My room had a balcony. The surrounding area is nothing special. But there is a decent supermarket 200m walk away. Breakfast was okay. "
