Directly below the apartments are a friendly bar service great coffee and a well stocked supermarket, and directly across the road is the beautiful and very clean beach. "Great staff with great attitude. Probably the worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Things that didn't work were quickly fixed. Clean, efficient, but nothing special. The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. Uninspiring, though the rest of the 4-start property (where we did our check-in and check-out) was attractive. I don't stay much in resort hotels, so I am not be the best judge. I couldn't really fault...

"Very unique property with only 6 accommodations. Like staying in a museum. Property was built in 1724 and restored to its present condition. Little hard to get to but well worth it. Host was fantastic and she cooked our home-made dinner with local fresh produce, excellent. "

"Only stayed 1 night on business but what a place. Quiet location but close to Viveiro. Homecooked food depending on what is growing / farmed locally. 500 years old but extended and beuatifully maintained. Full of character. Beautiful gardens. Manageress was brilliant and very friendly. I would thoroughly recomment a stay there not matter how long. I intend to return next year with my wife for a holiday in the area."
