"Clean room, smooth check in. Slight odor in bathroom but very clean and well maintained. On site underground parking is tight but manageable. Breakfast is good with selection of breads, pastry, fruit, cold meats, bacon eggs yogurt granola etc. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Would recommend and would stay again. Overall excellent."

Mucha de la decoración no es moderna pero es algo que es consono con el lugar medieval. Me quedaria otra vez si volviera a Segovia."
"A nice small hotel in a beautiful, quiet, historic location. Parking was free on the street, and we were within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and local attractions. The town is an easy 10 minute drive to Segovia, which is a must-see if you're in the area."
"When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again.

"Breakfast was included with the reservation. This small hotel is located near the Roman aqueduct. The alcazar is located farther away but still can walk to this medieval castle. Take advantage of free tours offered by Civitatis. Segovia is worth visiting. The views from the top of the aqueduct are spectacular."
"Es ist alles sehr schlecht organisiert. Die Taverne unter der Unterkunft, die aber auch die Schlüssel raus gibt ist vollkommen unmotiviert. Im Zweifel weiß man von nichts und dort was zu essen zu bekommen, ist unmöglich wenn man kein spanisch spricht.
Die Zimmer sind muffig, liegen über der Außengastro und zeigen zur Hauptstraße. Beim Laden des Handys haut es die Sicherungen raus und die Klimaanlage geht plötzlich an."
"Very clean and well equipped. Very good shower in bathroom. Aircon downstairs very good but could do with more chippings upstairs as the weather was very hot. Owner was very helpful with directions and also with suggestions for watching the total eclipse. The fourth key dies not got the door to the garden. Future travellers should be careful about getting locked outside. Overall very good place to stay. The village is nice and well situated for Madrid, Segovia, Sepulveda and Avilla."
"Property was great, other than, Reception was remote so all communication was done via an intercom or via email, and the bed was desperately soft with a large sag in the middle such that I had to jam multiple cushions underneath the mattress to have any chance of sleeping."
"Perfect location - right next to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the plaza mayor. No humans, though, no receipt for payment, bit difficult to figure out registration. Wonderful beds and very quiet. Would stay there again.
