"Stayed 4 times for business. Excellent and convenient, just not enough cleaning of the rooms included in to stay."

"The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and it had a shuttle to the airport. The food was mediocre but available as the hotel is a little isolated if you do not have a car. It was perfect to stay overnight and get an early flight. Be aware that the shuttle does not pull up to the hotel door but picks you up across the street."

"Kind of run down. Door to the hotel is broken so you have to enter through the hotel next door. The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. "I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. "This is a great model for a hotel. You pay only for what you want, so if you want cleaning or TV, you can pay extra for it. It's location is convenient to Meir and Centraal Station.
