"Staff and hotel were amazing"

"This is a lovely hotel and the room was probably the best I have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, high ceilings and excellent amenities like a Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer. The rooftop pool and bar were very pleasant although unfortunately the haze prevented me from enjoying the view! I only ate a few times at the rooftop bar but didn't think the food was very good. The main downside of my stay was, as other reviewers have mentioned the incredible noise from nearby...

Unabhängig davon war das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und wirkte dem Namen Kempinski ansonsten angemessen Hochwertig. Frühstück fand ich etwas...

"Absolutely FABULOUS stay! I had read prior reviews but can assure you we had nothing but the most amazing stay! Brilliant and courteous staff, amazing breakfast buffet, lovely amenities! They let us check in early and out late as we had a 6 year old who was very sleepy! The sabarage was a lovely touch as well on the Friday! As we were having dinner in the tea room we had a lovely gentleman from the front desk come over to ask if my daughter could have some chocolates from the patisserie however...
