"1. the sink faucet doesn't have proper pressure control. It sprays us frequently 2. The bath tub faucet can detached from the wall 3. When the toilet is flushed, you must open the lid and manually refill the water 4. The room phone isn't connected, so you can't call the front desk 5. The air conditioning is broken. It makes A LOT of noise but no air comes through. There's also mold on the vents! 6. It stinks of urine at all times!! 7. An appropriate amount of towels was NOT provided until asked 8. There is only 1 lamp in the room, forcing us to leave the toilet light on constantly to have enough light 9. The fan in the bathroom doesn't filter out the steam when showering so we had to have the toilet door fully opened to see anything 10. There were holes in the bedsheets + useless pillows that barely support your head 11. The mini fridge stays roughly room temp at all times It was our second time staying here. The first time wasn't great either, but this time was worse. This hotel needs a complete overhaul despite its outside appearance. Don't treat your guests like this! I will NOT give this place a third chance."

"I appreciated the location of this hotel—it was convenient and in a good area, especially during a very busy weekend when availability elsewhere was limited. I’m also thankful we were able to secure it at a reasonable price given how many events were going on. That said, the condition of the hotel was disappointing and did not match how it was presented online. The property felt run down overall. There were multiple water stains on the ceilings in both the hallways and our room, which gave an unclean and poorly maintained impression. Most concerning was a large, noticeable stain on one of the mattresses, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. While the price and location were positives, the upkeep and condition of the hotel fell short of expectations. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience."

"Property was great for our 4 night stay. Easy parking quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for the grandkids to run around and adults can sit at the fire pit or on the deck. Cool electronic gameboard. Bedding was comfortable. Jeremy was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. l definitely will stay again. "

"One of the best amenities about this property is the excellent breakfast served in the lobby, including delicious cinnamon rolls. The freshly made coffee available throughout the day is also a plus. Also, the staff is superb."

"I arrived early 1:30 PM to see if any rooms available; no rooms available yet; 100% accepatble. I am only Gold Elite Marriott/Bonvoy. I wasn't able to get back until 8:30 PM; I was specific about not next to elevator and ADA. Was placed in ADA room down hall feom bar; when I went back to deak, they said they had nothing available. Looking from outside parking lot & lights on in hotel; zero chance that every room taken. Room not made after day ine. Only 2 towels. Water everywhere in bathroom with shower setup for wheelchair; floods entire bathroom with open bottom. ADA seat would not stay in up.position. Room musty; disgusting. Said something to desk. Hotels.com gave me $100 & they called hotel for only a $50 credit on 2 nights for $580. After super rough day at work, I just wanted someplace nice to come back to. So disappointed as I thought.The reviews for this place were great. In area about 12 weekends a year; will never stay there again. "
