"As long as you go into your stay with “hostel” expectations, you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised. The walls are thin, the place is busy and can be a little noisy, but with some earplugs and a bit of patience, it makes a great home base for exploring Bohinj.
The location is somewhat removed from the main tourist areas, but they’re still easily walkable. Even better, recreational rentals of all kinds are available right on site, making it incredibly easy to get out and actually experience...
"The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out.
Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. "

"We were given a room which gave a lovely view of the Bled Castle, which was great. The room has a lot of character with the wood features but it is very small with not much room for the luggage. Then a big negative was an awful smell from the bathroom plumbing the entire time we stayed. The hotel is situated in a good spot within walking distance to the lake and it's views. There are lots of stairs, so be sure you're able to handle them. They offered parking onsite which was convenient."

Vi fick den bäst tillagade maten på hela resan i Slovenien och bjöds på välsmakande blåbärslikör och en välkomstpresent efter maten.
Dessutom varma, nybakade croissanter kl.05.30 före avresan till flygplatsen. Pensionat Ursa ligger vid foten av alperna, bara 13 minuter från flygplatsen."
