"Very unique experience, located in the heart of the ancient city. Breakfast was not huge but very tasty and accommodated a few things for us. The staff was super friendly and some of them spoke good English. They even gave us a little present before leaving."

"Great location. Just past the main tourist walking street in Pingyao and it is accessible by licensed vehicles. The owner arranged a free pick up from the regular train station. Location is excellent. We also got upgraded to a better room with a larger bath. Room is very clean, bed is very comfy and owner is super nice explaining all the attractions, tours and shows patiently. "I didn’t stay at the hotel. I called and I got no answer. I arrived at the hôtel at 22h30. I didn’t found the hôtel. No Lightning at all. I had to find an another hotel. I send the message to the hotel and I’m still waiting for answerd. I called an agent and I explained the situation. I’m still waiting for new of hôtels.com"
