"Great location, friendly, helpful staff, clean room & good choice at breakfast. Decor is rather grey and bathroom is tiny. Being British we'd have liked a kettle or facilities to obtain tea or coffee. (24hr store in the station is available 2mins away- but not quite as convenient as having a cup of tea in your room!). The "back door" into the Station concourse was very handy when it rained. Great accessibility for trains, underground and cathedral."
