"Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed. Shower was good but wet room style. I was on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Just something to be aware of. Staff were very helpful."

"Me and my husband stayed in room 1 for 1 night and we were blown away by the great standard of La Vieja Botica. The room was excellent, loved the interior. The bed and the linen was luxurious as well as the towels. The host was so sweet and helpful in every way. We would very much recommend this place and would like to come again. "Property was a good size with lovely views. Clean and tidy and pool was good to have use off. Would have preferred air conditioning however fans useful. Carpark very tight so did find space on road after first day. No spare toilet rolls and had to buy washing up liquid and clean cloths for washing up as the ones supplied were not fresh. That said nice stay. "

"A good location for us, we know the area from previous visits. We wanted somewhere close to Competa but El Dorado had a the added bonus of a pool!!! Marek and Derek have thought of everything, the room was spacious with good shower facilities and wardrobe space. We were not expecting the offer to have lunch and dinner, as we travel around quite a lot we did not take up this extra offer.
