"The hotel location is great, 4-5 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants and the main attractions. The staff was super helpful. The room and amenities are basic, but clean. There are a few steps from the road where the car can park to the hotel entrance, so you have to lift your luggages for a few steps. We had a great time in Ollantaytambo."

"I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well."

"Al llegar no me dieron ni papel higiénico, toalla o el control. Fuera de eso todo bien"

"We stayed as a family of four for 2 nights at this Hostel. Please note that we booked under the name “Killari B&B” however it is not a B&B, it’s a hostel. The booking information has that there is an included continental breakfast but this is not true. There is no breakfast included. It’s additional at $15soles pp. The host is not very friendly and welcoming compared to many other places we have been throughout Peru. She doesn’t speak much English and shows no interest in answering any questions...

"The location is excellent. A very quiet street near all the action and a great host."

"Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again."

"You get what you paid for. A clean room but the shower was borderline cold water. And shower is only limited to 7pm-10pm that had lukewarm water."

"Ótimo custo/benefício. Um pouco distante do centro (750m). Local muito bonito apesar da rua de acesso ser um pouco ruim, melhor usar a rua paralela acima (não recomendável para passar com mala de rodinhas)"

"Einfaches Hostel, aber super freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück war ausreichend. Preis/Leistung ist top. Klasse Lage nahe Stadtzentrum. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof oder 5 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum oder 10 Minuten zu Ruinen. Gerne wieder. "

"Travelers beware, while the owner seemed nice, he kept asking for payment despite paying through the app. When checking out in the morning, he once again asked us to pay and had to explain again that it was already paid through the app. Property is not like the pictures, clearly the pictures have been enhanced to look better. Everything looked and felt dirty. There was a cat and a dog at reception, the couch seemed very old and dirty. We had no water during our whole stay, owner said we would...

"Nice place run by a kind and helpful couple. Close to the centre of town, but quiet. It’s not possible to drive up to the hotel by car, but it’s just a short walk. Nice view of ruins and mountains from the window. "
