"Hotel neu renoviert. Gute Bettausstattung. Leider hat man keine Regal für Schampuflaschen in der Dusche angebracht. Kein Frühstück für Früh-Auschecker. Personal war sehr freundlich. "

They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude.
