"Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!). Breakfast included cereal and juice and coffee if one wanted and a full cooked breakfast that was wonderful. I really appreciated the gluten free bread. "This is a lovely little hotel, nice, clean and comfortable, easy check in and key pickup, not too far from the centre and a nice continental breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and next time we're in llandudno we'll be staying here. "
